What delivery options are available

We currently offer the following three delivery options for getting your order to you. Please know that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.

• Free Delivery* on orders over £50, else £3.99 only.
• Limited tracking
• Items will be delivered in 3 - 10 working days

*Please note: To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of £50. Should your order be below that amount, the fee is £3.99

DHL Express 

• 24-48 Hour, Usually Next day delivery when you order before 10am.
• Express Delivery costs will be calculated in the checkout.
• We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

International trackable Standard Delivery

• £5.99 -  £5.99 depending on the destination
• Fully trackable
• Items will be delivered within 7 - 21 working days depending on the destination (Monday - Friday)

DHL Express Worldwide

• Currently not available

Questions & Answers

Where is my order?

Standard Delivery usually takes 3 - 10 working days, but in some cases, it may be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if you encounter a slight delay, small delays do happen for various reasons out of our control.

When will my package arrive?

If you ordered before 12:00 on any weekday, we will dispatch your order the same day! Your package should arrive within 3 - 10 working days. Please see your "Walletking order shipped" email, to see if you received a tracking number for your package.

If you received your tracking number please see How Track & Trace work to see exactly where your package is, and what might be causing a delay.

If you did not receive a tracking number, it is because your order was shipped as regular mail due to its small size and value. But please be patient! It will probably arrive shortly.
It is super rare that we have any problems with missing packages.

IF IT HASN’T ARRIVED AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Please check your order confirmation email and see the exact address we shipped your order to. Is the address 100% correct?
2. Please make sure that your name is listed on your mailbox, it is very important! Otherwise, sometimes the postal service won't deliver your package.
3. Please contact us, and tell us if there is any problem with your address or name on the mailbox. Our awesome customer service team will then help you out and send you a new replacement package immediately!
4. We will start an investigation for the missing package, usually, some post office will find it in the wrong box or wrong corner, and it will be returned to us.

Do delivery and returns cost anything?*

Delivery:
Our standard delivery is FREE of charge, as long as you meet the minimum order value of £50. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is £3.99.

There will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.
Returns:
If your purchase was below the minimum order value of £50 and you paid a delivery charge, this will not be refunded if the complete order is returned.
